Ammosexual Extremist Ted Nugent Can’t Seem To Keep Beer Sponsors (VIDEO)

Bud Light may be a nasty beer, but at least they have some principles. They were going to sponsor a Ted Nugent concert, but they have since dropped their sponsorship of this extremist, gun-worshiping, has-been musician turned NRA board member.

Nugent’s Saturday concert in Peoria, Illinois was supposed to be sponsored by Bud Light, but they have quietly pulled their sponsorship.

Josh Horwitz, Executive Director for the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, said this about their decision:

“We thank Bud Light for recognizing that NRA Board member Ted Nugent’s hateful rhetoric has no place in our civil dialogue. After this rebuke from corporate American, it hard to fathom how the NRA continues to allow Nugent to serve as part of their leadership. The NRA’s extremist views are completely out of touch with the vast majority of Americans.  It’s way past time for the NRA to remove Nugent from their Board of Directors.” [Errors in quote appeared in the original]

Nugent once tried to give a history lesson with this nasty remark (Language Warning):

“When the British came to take our guns we met them at Concord Bridge and we blew their fucking brains out. Keep a fucking gun in your hand, boys.”

At least some people are against him. At a recent show, he was forced to reduce ticket prices from $67 to $5. Nugent says the most outrageous things. The fact that his fans and the NRA put up with this guy shows the outrageous views that they hold.

He once posted a video that showed Hillary Clinton being shot. During the 2012 election, Nugent said:

“If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”

He once declared liberals to be “subhuman freaks” and said we need to “cleanse” the country.

He has even stooped so low as to make period jokes about women, posting a list on Facebook saying guns are better than women. In the list he said that he prefers guns because “they function every day of the month.”

I can’t stand guys that make period jokes like this. This is one of the multitudes of reasons why Bud Light was right to drop their sponsorship of him.

Here he is spewing his hateful rhetoric on an interview with Guns.com:
