In case you needed a reason not to drink Bud Light, I have one for you. Not only is Bud Light gross, but the company made the disgusting decision to invite Ted Nugent to perform at a “Bud Lite Concert Series.” Nugent is a has-been musician who has turned into an ammosexual, sexist, racist, disgusting RWNJ.
The concert will be on August 6 in Peoria, Illinois. A teacher in the area said this in a letter to community leaders against the concert. It read in part:
“The fair reflects the values of the entire county, and having Ted Nugent perform at the fair would reflect tolerance of racism, anti-Semitism, misogyny, xenophobia, ableism, and incivility toward people who protest his remarks or cancel his shows. We don’t want to let our students of color and our girls down by being silent.”
In 2014, he made a nasty comment about President Barack Obama. Nugent said that the president was a “subhuman mongrel.” Several of his concerts were cancelled that year. He takes his hateful rhetoric onto the concert stage with him. He talks against “”criminal pieces of shit in the IRS,” “the jack boot Nazi motherfuckers in the Department of Justice,” and many others. He once said this about the American Revolution:
“When the British came to take our guns we met them at Concord Bridge and we blew their fucking brains out. Keep a fucking gun in your hand, boys.”
Bud Light must have been able to get him cheap because he can’t really sell large volumes of tickets anymore. I wonder why? On a recent show, he was forced to reduce the ticket price from $67 to $5.
He really loves his guns. He seems to love them even more than women. He once said that he prefers guns to women because they function every day of the month. Yes, he made a disgusting menstruation insult. He has the insult skills of a 15-year-old boy. Bud Lite needs to drop this asshole from their concert.
