Trump Surrogate Alex Jones: Obama Whacked Scalia, Trump Is Next (WITH VIDEO)

As you’ve seen, much of the right has gone into full meltdown with the bizarre claim that Supreme Justice Antonin Scalia was murdered on President Obama’s orders. But few have gone as far as right-wing Internet radio host, conspiracy theorist, and recent Donald Trump surrogate Alex Jones. If you believe Jones, not only was Scalia’s death part of a nefarious Obama plot, but Trump is next on Obama’s hit list.

Hours after Scalia’s death was confirmed, Jones took to Facebook with what he described as an “emergency transmission.” Watch here–if you can stand it.

Jones claimed that Scalia–whose name he mispronounced as “Anthony Scalia”–was murdered as part of a larger plot to destroy the Constitution and Bill of Rights. He claimed that given that this was “the season of treason,” it would be irresponsible to ask if Scalia hadn’t been assassinated. He also noted that with Scalia gone, Obama is only “one vote away from being able to ban guns, open the borders.” His “gut,” butressed by the “intellectual evidence,” is that Obama murdered Scalia.

Jones went further, claiming that Scalia isn’t the only justice on Obama’s hit list. He suggested that if Clarence Thomas dies of “a heart attack” in the coming days, it may be a signal that “they’re dropping the hammer.” And he suggested that a number of other prominent conservatives may be next.

“Are they going to kill Clarence Thomas? Maybe they’ll kill Ron Paul. Maybe they’ll kill Donald Trump next. They all had heart attacks. How many more of these are we going to sit here and put up with? Or maybe their airplane blows up.”

This is coming from a guy who is not only a full-on 9-11 truther, but claims the Las Vegas shootings and the crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 were both false flags. And this is coming from a guy whose rantings so angered the BBC’s Andrew Neil that Neil booted him off the air. Yeah, OK.

Jones doubled down on Monday’s show, claiming that he had an inkling that “something big’s about to happen” before it was announced that Scalia was dead. He and his team were scrambling to find signs of potential false flags. He got a sense that “all hell was is about to break loose.” He thinks that Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other “real conservatives” could potentially end up “with pillows over their faces.”

Trump has already gone on record that he luuuuuuuvs Jones. In December, he actually told Jones, “Your reputation is amazing.” Presumably, Trump knew that Jones looks for false flags under every rock. You would think that after this moment of insanity, Trump would have the good sense to disavow this surrogate. Don’t bet on it. In recent days, Jones has launched into outright thuggish and terroristic attacks on Bernie Sanders, calling Sanders an “inhuman, parasitical maggot” and “a sack of crap,” among others. And Sanders’ supporters, in Jones’ eyes, “need to have your jaws broken.” And yet, by all accounts, Trump is still courting him.

It has already been amply demonstrated that Trump is morally unfit to be president. But if Trump counts a raving conspiracy theorist like Jones as a surrogate, this only adds to the evidence that Trump is not even fit to count ballots, let alone appear on them.
