Faye Gary is a retired police officer from Gadsden, Georgia, where Roy Moore was an assistant district attorney. They all knew he was a pervert that preferred teenage girls and not a one of them said or did anything to stop him from preying on young girls. They just laughed and treated it like a joke.

There are tales from the late 1970s about Moore working out at the local Young Man’s Christian Association (YMCA) without a shirt. There are tales of Moore approaching teenage girls. Delores Abney knew that “it just did not look appropriate” when she would see Moore in her exercise group talking to girls that “appeared to be high school on up.” But she said nothing back then.

Moore used to frequent a local mall where Janet Reeves worked. She relates a tale about Moore asking her friend, who had been 17 or 18 at the time, for her phone number. “I just thought he was the creepy old guy.”

A former manager of two stores at the same mall, Glenn Day, said that “security had asked him to let them know if Moore was at the mall.” Day expressed surprise that everyone is upset now about something that everyone knew back then.
DUHHHH.
Why didn’t anyone ever say anything before now? How many grown adults watched as Roy Moore victimized teens right in front of them while they said NOTHING? How many more victims are out there that could have been spared a lifetime of turmoil if only one adult had stood up and said, “Hey, that ain’t right! You stop that!”
There are currently NINE victims on record, telling similar versions of the same story. Time after time, Moore was allowed to prey on victims IN PLAIN SIGHT of people who said nothing. That should piss off the world. What has our society become when we can turn and look the other way as our children are molested?
NOW everyone is talking about it. The man was ELECTED to the Alabama Supreme Court — TWICE — by the same people that are now upset because the victims have come forward. People are DEFENDING him and blaming the victims. NINE girls — your daughters — were preyed upon by a man that now wants to have a voice in our government as a United States Senator.
And he has the nerve to be angry and upset that his victims have finally found their voice? The first reported victim was 14 years old when Moore was 32 years old.
He is denying all the accounts. According to him, they are all lying and conspiring against him. But there are nine woman who did not know one another. Their stories are eerily similar. He had a pattern. He was a creature of habit. And everyone seemed to know and no one defended those girls back then.
Defend them now. Do the right thing now. Our Senate does not need a serial child molester.
