Speaking to Japanese dignitaries on the first leg of his first tour of Asia, President Trump proved conclusively that he is indeed one of the dumbest people on the planet.
Trump was talking about how he first met Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, and suddenly went off his prepared remarks, which was a big mistake:
“So my relationship with Shinzo got off to quite a rocky start because I never ran for office, and here I am. But I never ran, so I wasn’t very experienced. And after I had won, everybody was calling me from all over the world. I never knew we had so many countries.”
Ladies and gentleman, I give you the dumbest leader on any continent at any time in history. And we call him Donald J. Trump.
