Eric Trump Whines To Hannity: No One Is ‘Fighting’ For My Daddy (VIDEO)

In the bizarro world of Trumplandia, the reason President Trump has been such a failure as head of state is because no one is adequately defending him or doing what he wants them to do.

During an appearance on Hannity Monday evening, Trump spawn Eric Trump whined that the Senate failed to pass healthcare legislation because members of the Republican party wouldn’t toe the line:

“I want somebody to start fighting for him. How much weight does he have to carry by himself? My father has the voice of this country. The people of this country love him. Why wouldn’t [Republicans] get in line?”

Maybe Republicans didn’t get in line to jump off the cliff like deluded lemmings because they heard from tens of thousands of their constituents who warned them there would be consequences if Trumpcare was enacted.

As for the line from Eric that the people of this country “love” his father, once again the facts would seem to prove otherwise. In recent polls, the president is at historic lows. Here’s a comparison to other presidents at the six-month mark of their administration:

If the lowest polling numbers in 70 years are a sign of love, then the world has truly been turned upside down.

Eric Trump’s complaints echo a tweet posted several days ago by the president:

President Trump is under the mistaken impression that members of his party in Congress are duty bound to protect him from whatever messes he manages to get himself into. He doesn’t even understand the concept of separation of powers or the fact that when you’re at 36 percent approval, you have zero political capital. No one is “fighting” for him because he’s not worth fighting for.
