Beyond Deplorable: Trump Blocks Veterans Group On Twitter Because They Criticized Him (TWEETS)

As president, Donald Trump is Commander-in-Chief of America’s military forces. But he’s also an insecure, narcissistic man-child who cannot take criticism.

The latest example of President Trump’s thin skin is demonstrated in what he did to the veterans organization VoteVets.org. The group, which has accused Trump of being a threat to national security, reports that the president blocked them on Twitter:

This also raises a question: Since Trump is president, aren’t his tweets official government communications? If they are, then he cannot block anyone on social media. The Knight First Amendment Institute has recently said it’s actually  unconstitutional for the president of the United States to block fellow Americans on Twitter. The group added that Trump’s Twitter  account “operates as a “designated public forum’ for First Amendment purposes.”

Blocking VoteVets.org has set off a firestorm on Trump’s favorite social media platform:

Just when we think this disgusting excuse of a human being cannot possibly stoop any lower, he manages to prove us all wrong. This man is a disgrace to everything good that this country stands for.
