Reports from multiple sources familiar with the federal investigation of the Trump-Russia matter say that a “sealed indictment” was issued this week in the Eastern District of Virginia for Donald Trump, former campaign manager Paul Manafort, and disgraced former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
Claude Taylor, a former member of the Clinton administration who has been documenting the legal case against Trump, along with investigative journalist Louise Mensch, posted this on their Patribotics web site:
“Separate sources with links to the intelligence and justice communities have stated that a sealed indictment has been granted against Donald Trump.
“While it is understood that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution means that, until Mr. Trump is impeached, he cannot be prosecuted, sources say that the indictment is intended by the FBI and prosecutors in the Justice Department to form the basis of Mr. Trump’s impeachment. The indictment is, perhaps uniquely, not intended or expected to be used for prosecution, sources say, because of the constitutional position of the President.”
Taylor also posted this on his Twitter feed early Sunday morning:

While some have accused Mensch of being a conspiracy theorist, longtime GOP strategist Rick Wilson had this to say about what Mensch and Taylor have uncovered:

Also this week, a Dutch documentary laid out the financial connections between Trump, his business ventures, and members of both the Russian oligarchy and Russian organized crime, known as the Solntsevskaya Bratva, which is involved in numerous illegal activities across the globe, including the heroin trade and human trafficking. The documentary noted that investigators may have uncovered links to money laundering by the Russian criminal underworld via bank accounts and real estate properties owned by Trump. If true, such ties would be more than enough for a criminal indictment against Trump.
If an indictment has indeed been handed down by a grand jury in Virginia, the beginning of the end is here, and Trump’s remaining days in office are numbered.
