Is Donald Trump worried about the Russian connection scandal which started with Michael Flynn and now threatens to consume his entire administration? Judging by the tweets he sent out early Wednesday morning, it certainly appears so. And as usual, what he had to say makes no sense at all.
Here are the three tweets in the order they appeared this morning:
The fake news media is going crazy with their conspiracy theories and blind hatred. @MSNBC & @CNN are unwatchable. @foxandfriends is great!

This Russian connection non-sense is merely an attempt to cover-up the many mistakes made in Hillary Clinton's losing campaign.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 15, 2017
Information is being illegally given to the failing @nytimes & @washingtonpost by the intelligence community (NSA and FBI?).Just like Russia

Be sure and take note of the continued use of the term “fake news.” No one disseminates more fake news than Trump, but it’s all the media’s fault. He has to say this at least once a day.
Next, he decides to blame the Clinton campaign. Problem with that is she didn’t lose; she won by 3 million more votes. So that’s a lie.
In the third tweet, he tries to blame the intelligence community and the FBI, probably because they are closing in on discovering that the entire Russian mess can be tied directly to him. And when that evidence is presented, he’s finished. I bet he can already feel the walls moving closer and the heat increasing as he sits on his fat ass in the Oval Office, deathly afraid that a phone call will come from the White House counsel and inform him that he’s been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Others on Twitter noticed the stink of desperation emanating from Trump:

.@realDonaldTrump I don't think you're in a good position to accuse others of promoting conspiracy theories. pic.twitter.com/xbAkoEgR4d

The President of the United States has basically just confirmed the leaks.

To use a technical term, it’s beginning to look like Donald Trump may soon be toast.
