Kellyanne Conway And Sean Spicer In Petty Feud With CNN Over Invite (TWEETS/VIDEO)

It has been quite a week for two of President Donald Trump’s surrogates, adviser Kellyanne Conway and Press Secretary Sean Spicer. First, Kellyanne Conway has taken flack for making up a massacre.

In was an embarrassing blunder when Conway referred to the “Bowling Green Massacre” that never happened. Not only did she make this error, but when the interviewer asked her about it, Conway said they had never heard of it because the massacre went unreported.

This statement shamed Conway further because such a massacre never happened. Two Iraqis had been arrested for plotting an attack, but no such attack had actually taken place.

It makes you wonder if constantly defending Trump’s crazy actions is in fact taking it’s toll on Conway.

Conway then had a Twitter feud with Chelsea Clinton, which you can see here – first from Chelsea:

With this reply from Conway:

So Conway’s excuse is that she misspoke.

What followed is a conflict about whether Conway was offered to speak on CNN by the White house or whether she was invited by the network.

A Twitter feud between CNN and Kellyanne Conway portrays the conflict.

See the back and forth tweets here:

The feud with CNN has actually become quite petty.

CNN is adamant that they turned down an interview with Conway in place of Pence because of her credibility issues.

In a press release Sean Spicer has now chimed in. He claims that CNN had walked back these comments about having doubts about Conway’s credibility. At a press meeting on Tuesday Spicer said of CNN:

“My understanding is they retracted that, they have walked that back or denied it, however you want to put it, I don’t care. But I think Kellyanne is a very trusted aide of the president. I think for any characterization otherwise is insulting.”

This has been strongly refuted by CNN. They responded with this tweet:

The believably of Spicer and Conway has obviously taken a huge blow this week.

The more they argue the more obvious it becomes.
