Trump’s Kooky Doctor Fessed Up – POTUS Takes Hair-Growth Medication (VIDEO)

Remember Dr. Harold Bornstein? He’s President Donald Trump’s personal doctor, the one who wrote the bizarre letter that stated the following about Trump:

“If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual elected to the presidency.”

Bornstein later conceded that the letter was written in about five minutes, with a car sent by Trump waiting outside to pick it up. In a recent series of interviews with The New York Times, Bornstein expanded on the statements he made about Trump’s health during the election, including the medications Trump is taking.

According to the interviews, Trump takes four medications daily. Three of the four are not terribly fascinating, but the fourth mentioned is a small dose of finesteride – commonly marketed as Propecia – which is used to treat male-pattern baldness.

One thing that stood out from Trump’s medical record was a low level of prostate specific antigen (PSA), which is an indicator of prostate cancer. Finestra is known to cause a significant drop in PSA levels.

The Times claims that Bornstein was “moody” and that he “meandered” at times during the interviews, but he did volunteer several facts and insights about Trump’s health. Bornstein told the Times:

“Dr. Bornstein said he also took finasteride and credited it for helping maintain his own shoulder-length hair and Mr. Trump’s hair. ‘He has all his hair,’ Dr. Bornstein said. ‘I have all my hair.'”

Bornstein also told the Times that he liked the attention he was getting from being Trump’s doctor, but disliked the media making fun of him and angry people who have vandalized his office or yelled at him on the street.

Trump has never publicly stated he used Propecia, but his hair has been a public fascination for years. His hair caused a bit of a controversy during the election cycle as well; remember this?

Critics of Trump called foul on Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon for normalizing and humanizing a candidate whose campaign rhetoric was so focused on bigotry, fear, and hatred.

Take solace in the fact that there are still things that Trump himself fears; it should not be surprising that a man so obsessed with old-fashioned masculinity is worried about losing his hair.
