Mexicans Fear Presidente ‘Pendejo’ Nieto Lacks The Cojones To Stand Up To Trump (TWEETS)

President Trump’s immigration ban on Muslims from select countries has resulted in mass protests, at least one restraining order from a federal judge and now dissent from the acting attorney general for the Justice Department, which resulted in her removal, as reported by Liberal America.

Unless you consider the mainstream media to be full of feces, CBS News is one of the news organizations that reported that at least the Trump supporters questioned are in favor of the immigration ban.

Israel’s Hatred For Palestinians Supports Trump’s Hatred For Mexicans

Over the weekend, however, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took to Twitter to show his support for Trump’s border wall.

Given the widely reported decades-old conflict between Israel and Palestinians, the tweet was received by the Mexican government as offensive. According to The Voice Of America, Mexico’s top diplomat, Foreign Relations Secretary Luis Videgaray, demanded an apology from the Prime Minister via a program on the Televisa network.

Netanyahu rejects the notion that they had technically referred to Mexicans in the tweet, to which Videgaray said:

“In Mexico, we all know that when Trump’s wall is mentioned, it is a reference to a wall with Mexico.”

As Liberal America wrote about late last year, Netanyahu showed his support for Trump in contrast with his clashes with the Obama administration, which delivered a blow to the Israeli government by abstaining from a vote that further legitimized the view that Israeli settlements were illegal.

Netanyahu has walls, check points and settlements around Israel which are largely viewed as the establishment of an apartheid state against Palestinians, who tend to match the pigment of the Mexicans Trump is showing hostility towards.

Mexico Sizes Up Trump By Canceling Meeting

In the mentioned interview, Videgaray was asked about his visit during President Trump’s first week. He says that as a diplomat, he and another diplomat were invited to Washington for the beginning of the new administration, for which they wanted to pave a road for Mexican President Peña Nieto’s upcoming visit, in good faith.

The meeting was originally scheduled to take place on January 31 during the second week of Trump’s presidency. It was canceled because of Trump’s persistence in saying that Mexico would pay for a wall along the Mexican-American border, a wall that Mexico refuses to pay for.

It’s a promise Trump made throughout his entire campaign, for which he wasted no time signing executive orders for during his first week in office. His executive orders took many Americans and Mexican immigrants by surprise because much of what he promised was initially seen as nothing more than political rhetoric.

The severity of the devastation his orders have created is worsened due to the fact that many of the orders he signed, were largely created by the extremist Breitbart nationalist Steven Bannon, according to Liberal America.

It’s been reported that even though Peña Nieto’s approval rating received a slight boost after he canceled on Trump, they’ve been the lowest for any president, even said to be lower than “Trompas” himself, according to USA Today.

Peña Nieto’s Diplomacy Against A Hostile Trump Administration

When the Mexican president canceled his scheduled visit to Washington to meet with President Trump, many viewed it as the beginning of a tense relationship with our neighbors south of the border.

There’s some dispute over what followed which is the idea that the cancellation was mutual. Then, it was reported that Pena Nieto had a long conversation with Trump on the phone, according to CBS News, and reports that both leaders would try to make amends, something that the Mexican people are entirely against.

Let’s recall the way Trump started attacking Mexican immigrants on the day he started his campaign. In the transcript provided by Time, he referred to Mexican immigrants as criminals, rapists and somewhat acknowledging that they might be good people.

But in no way has he bothered to refer to them as good people throughout his entire campaign. And even former Mexican President Vicente Fox responded to Trump, saying that Mexico would never pay for a wall.

In an attempt to counter their refusal, Press Secretary Sean Spicer said that they would force the Mexican government to pay for Trump’s wall by imposing a 20 percent tariff on all goods from Mexico and use the proceeds to pay for the wall.

And yet, hours after Spicer had made the statement, he reportedly walked it back saying that it was simply one idea.

Even though there might be some confusion as to how the Trump administration will attempt to force Mexico, what is clear is that President Peña Nieto is simply not strong enough to stand up to Trump. His low approval ratings can be attributed to the times he’s fumbled before the Mexican people, one of the worst incidents was with the disappearance of 43 students in the state of Guererro, an incident he failed to act on quickly. He’s also had to fight off the bad press for a conflict of interest with a construction company and a house for a soap opera actress.

It needs to be pointed out that the Mexican people were even more infuriated by Peña Nieto when he reached out to Trump last year, inviting him to Mexico while he was campaigning. It was largely seen as an embarrassment to the Mexican people and even caused a government official to resign.

Even worse is that apparently both Trump and Peña Nieto have agreed to not talk about the wall in public, which doesn’t give the citizens of Mexico, or Mexican-Americans any confidence that he’s going to stand up to Trump.

So with his record of embarrassing blunders, the Mexican president is clearly not going to fight for Mexicans and rather than humiliate himself, he’s going to humiliate all of Mexico along with him.
