Nothing is ever Donald Trump’s fault. If something goes wrong, spins out of control, or winds up costing him financially or politically, you can rest assured that Agent Orange will never accept any of the blame.
Following a weekend of massive delays at American airports due to Trump’s ban on anyone from seven Middle Eastern nations entering the United States, Trump woke up Monday morning and began trying to pass the buck as quickly as possible, grabbing his phone and tweeting out these ignorant tidbits:

While it’s true that Delta is having computer problems, their technical issues began long after the Muslim ban went into effect, completely screwing up lots of travelers plans for boarding planes. But a few minutes later Trump felt the need to add this:

Yes, let’s study the world and note a few things, Donald:
- Not a single terrorist who killed an American on U.S. soil came from the seven countries the ban applies to.
- The countries not included on the list–among them Egypt and Saudi Arabia–are nations where Trump has financial interests. Yet the 9/11 hijackers came primarily from Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
As for Trump’s reference to “the tears of Senator Schumer,” he is clearly referring to a moment when Schumer choked back tears as he announced he would be fighting Trump’s travel ban in the Senate. Here’s the video of Schumer making those remarks:

Clearly, what Trump is trying to do is degrade Senator Schumer, to make fun of the fact that Schumer has a heart and gives a damn, unlike the mean-spirited alleged president. He loves to take cheap shots at his opponents, especially when he knows he has no facts to back up his assertions.
Thanks to a federal judge, the Muslim ban is on hold. But rest assured there will be other weekends like the one that just passed when Trump will overstep his bounds, get slapped down, and lash out with petty personal insults. It’s textbook behavior for narcissistic assholes who think the world revolves around them.
Trump will lose, and he will lose time and time again, just like the lost the election by 3 million votes. He knows he’s illegitimate, and it’s eating him alive.
