Top 5 Questions We Wish Trump Would Answer (VIDEO)

President-elect Donald Trump just gave his first press conference since winning the election. It was a huge mess of a word salad, and he didn’t give decent answers to questions. Here are some of the questions we would’ve asked him if we could:

Eric And Donald Jr.

What steps will you take to keep your sons Eric and Donald Jr., who will be running your business, away from your policy making?

Donald Trump’s real estate and other businesses pose many huge conflicts of interest with his presidency. He has said that his children will be running the business, but they will keep him out of it. It’s total BS!

Tax Returns

When will you release your tax returns to prove that, as you claim, you do not have extensive financial ties with Russia?

We have been asking about that for the last year. He was asked about it at the press conference, but he used the old audit excuse. He got very condescending with the reporter asking it. He kept saying:

“Oh, I haven’t heard that before!”

When asked if the public cares about the tax returns, Trump said:

“I don’t think so. I won. No. I don’t think they care at all.”

Yes, Donald, we do care.

Trump Properties And Terrorists

Do you believe Trump properties around the world are likely to be terrorist targets? If that determination were made, how would you make a decision about deploying the security apparatus of the United States to protect properties associated with your brand?

This is a big issue. Since Trump has so many real estate holdings, they really could be targets.

Fred Burton, chief security officer of the intelligence consulting firm Stratfor said this about the issue:

“I think the Trump brand itself, based on the president-elect, certainly raises the profile and certainly places those properties in a much elevated threat matrix.”

Ivanka Trump

What role will your daughter Ivanka Trump be playing in your business or your administration? What is her plan to avoid conflicts of interest?

Just ten days after the election, Ivanka was sitting in on a meeting with her father and some Japanese diplomats. His children don’t need to be meddling with their father’s political affairs if they are running his business.

Foreign Business

How have your interactions with foreign business partners shaped your thinking about the United States’ relationships with other countries?

His “blind trust” already isn’t working out. A week after the election, he was meeting with business partners from India. He brought his Filipino business partners in on his conversations with potential cabinet picks. How are these business dealings going to impact his dealings with them as president?

Here is the press conference from this morning:
