A-Listers Won’t Play Trump ‘Circus’ – Inaugural Team Spins Event As ‘Soft Sensuality’ (VIDEO)

Much speculation has been made about President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, which is fast approaching. While President Barack Obama most probably had to turn people away from his celebration, it seems Trump is struggling to get stars to come out for him.

Tom Barrack is the chairman of Trump’s committee that is planning the inauguration and he has been captured on video talking about the event.

Barrack said:

“Instead of trying to surround it with what people consider A-listers, what we are going to surround it with is the ‘soft sensuality of the place.”

He then said Trump’s inauguration on the 20th January, 2017 will have much more of a “poetic cadence” than having a “circus-like celebration” – hmmm since when has anything surrounding Trump been anything other than circus-like?

Barrack then added:

“He really wanted it to be about the people and not about him”

Yeah right!

Barrack gives this information with a slight smile, making you wonder if he even believes what he is spouting. Has Trump ever been selfless or understated in his life?

While this is straight from the chairman of the committee’s mouth, it seems Trump is not seeing his swearing in as an intimate occasion. He still seems to think it will be a big party. I suppose when you see the ostentatious decor in his houses, it is hard to imagine his day being modest in any way.

There have been many rumors surrounding who might perform for him. Could it be his new best friend Kanye West? Could Scott Baio be coming along to deliver a Happy Days soliloquy?

Then there is Hulk Hogan, Kid Rock, Stephen Baldwin, or Jon Voight. It appears that Donald Trump and cool celebrity supporters do not go hand in hand.

There have also been many reports of stars who have turned the gig down. With refusals from Sir Elton John to Mick Jagger, the occasion is certainly seeming like a ‘hard to sell’ opportunity at best and a ‘career killer’ at worst.
