BREAKING: Report Says Fox News Host Megyn Kelly Is Headed To NBC

Fox News host Megyn Kelly is jumping ship from Fox News and will soon be a member of the NBC News team, according to the New York Times.

At NBC, Kelly will reportedly host a daytime news program and an “in-depth” weekend news program. The Times also says that Kelly will “take regular part in the network’s special political programming and other big-event coverage.”

Politico reporter Hadas Gold post this confirmation on Twitter:

Kelly, who reportedly makes at least $20 million a year at Fox, was one of the most popular hosts at the conservative news network, but during the 2016 election she often clashed with Donald Trump, asking him tough questions about his comments on women and his casual disdain for females in general.

It remains that be seen if Fox News will release Kelly from her current contract, which does not expire until the summer of this year.

Kelly, who said in her recent book that she was a victim of sexual harassment by former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes, was also reportedly in discussions with both CNN and CBS about joining their news operations.
