Oh, come on, Donald Trump.
Come on, already. Admit it. The Russians totally hacked the DNC and released information so they could influence the election.
The Democrats know it. The Russians sure as hell know it. The media knows it.
And according to Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the entire Senate knows it, too.
Graham told CNN that the Senate is well aware of who is behind the tampering of our election.
He said:
“There are 100 United States senators. … I would say that 99 percent of us believe that the Russians did this, and we’re going to do something about it.”
Graham was speaking from the small Baltic country of Estonia. That country has been struggling with the problem of Russian influence for decades. Graham told CNN:
“It’s just not in our backyard. [Russia’s] doing it all over the world, not just the United States. They’re interfering in elections in democratic countries’ efforts to self-determination all over the world.”
Both Senator Graham and Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) are determined to take some action to address Russia’s illegal actions. They are planning to hold hearings on Capitol Hill to investigate the issue and decide on how to respond.
Donald Trump does not agree with the assessment of 99 out of 100 Senators.

It is astonishing that the President-elect continues to deny any involvement by the Russian government in the illegal hacking of the DNC. He doesn’t seem to recognize the fact that he is the lone voice in Washington in terms of this key issue.
Unless you count the President-elect’s small core of minions, like Kellyanne Conway and Sean Spicer, pretty much everyone in the U.S. realizes that Vladimir Putin and his comrades in Moscow want to see Trump in office. And they broke every international law they needed to break in order to see that happen.
Senators Lindsay Graham and John McCain know it. At least 97 of their colleagues agree with them.
And they promise to do something about it, whether the man in the Oval Office likes it or not.
I guess we’ll have to wait and see how successful they are.
