President-Elect Trump Tweets Cold Response To Terror Attack (TWEET/VIDEO)

On Sunday, there was an attack at a German Christmas market. A truck drove into the market and killed 20 people and injured 48 more. There was also an attack on a mosque in Zurich, Switzerland, where three people were gunned down. The Russian ambassador to Turkey was assassinated.

After the Turkey attack, President-elect Trump released a statement saying:

“Today we offer our condolences to the family and loved ones of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov, who was assassinated by a radical Islamic terrorist. The murder of an ambassador is a violation of all rules of civilized order and must be universally condemned.”

That statement was actually nice. However, Trump didn’t have any kind words when tweeting about all of the attacks that happened this weekend.

He had a horrifically stupid reaction.

Instead of being nice and offering thoughts for the victims, he had to use it to spread his hate-mongering and fear-mongering.

Mike Pence gave us a preview of part of his job for the next four years… playing damage control after Trump’s stupid comments.

He tweeted this after Trump’s post:

One user had a point to make about Trump’s tweets:

I was wondering the same thing.

Next, he actually copied and pasted Mike Pence’s tweet about the electoral college vote.

This isn’t the first time Trump has had cold reactions to tragedies. After the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, Trump had this to say:

When Nykea Aldridge, the cousin of Chicago Bulls player Dwyane Wade and a mother of four, was killed in August, Trump tweeted this:

He used a shooting as a campaign plug. If he is going to be president, he needs to work on sending nicer and more sympathetic Twitter messages. He sometimes tweets nicer things later, but his initial reactions to tragedies are not always good.

Stephen Colbert had this reaction to Trump’s horrible response to the Orlando attacks:
