WATCH: Media Ignores 20 Million ‘Outraged Muslims’ Conservatives Claim Don’t Exist

When talking about terrorism, many Conservatives always ask, “Why don’t Muslims stand up against ISIS?” Well, here we have about 20 million Muslims marching against ISIS, and many mainstream media outlets ignored it.

It began as a march for one of their holy figures, but it turned into a protest against ISIS of between 17 and 20 million Shia Muslims, all of whom ISIS has declared apostates. These brave men, women, and children are marching in spite of what ISIS is doing to them in the city of Karbala, Iraq, some 62 miles south-west of Baghdad, on Sunday and Monday.

This march comes just after 80 people were killed in an ISIS attack in Karbala.

Pilgrim Jaber Kadhem Khalif said:

“I came walking from Basra with my wife and three sons … This is the third time. We started walking 13 days ago and reached Karbala on Sunday night.”

This is a great thing to see, and these people are very brave for marching.

Umm Ali, whose husband is fighting ISIS, said:

“I came with my son and two daughters. I came from Samawa to Najaf by car, then from Najaf to Karbala on foot, to make a plea for my husband’s safety.”

Mohammed Al-Sharifi, a volunteer at last year’s event, said:

“I think the reason the mainstream media hasn’t covered the [march] is because I don’t think it’s juicy enough to sell papers. It’s simply not interesting enough.”

“Unfortunately [some] media outlets have gone for stories that to some extent can be divisive. If a group of Muslims do something good, it’s not mentioned or the religion is not mentioned. But if someone does something [negative], it is on the front page and their religion is mentioned.”

Many Americans would love to see Muslims fighting back against ISIS. Muslims have done some rebellious things before in the face of ISIS, but the media hasn’t always covered their actions. We love watching the Muslim community stand up against these terrorists.
