Surprise, Surprise! EVERYONE Is Worried About Healthcare (VIDEO)

President-elect Donald Trump called Obamacare horrible and talked about getting rid of it during his entire campaign. Now, both Trump supporters and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton supporters are worried about losing their health insurance.

For those who voted for Trump, you should’ve thought about that. Getting rid of Obamacare affects over 20 million people.

Now, many of us are worried about how we will get the healthcare we need. Those of us whose employers don’t offer insurance will be screwed if Trump gets rid of the exchanges.

I hope you Trump supporters are proud of yourselves. He has been talking about repealing and replacing it. However, he doesn’t have a plan for what will replace it. The gap between repealing it and replacing it is causing many people to be concerned.

He could potentially bring back pre-existing condition restrictions. This would cause millions to lose their coverage and be unable to afford the healthcare they need. After the election, he said he wants to keep that provision. However, he could change his mind again tomorrow. It’s hard to predict.

One family in Kansas City, Missouri, is very nervous about what could happen. Their toddler, Lula, has cancer. Through the Affordable Care Act, they didn’t have to be on the hook for the $350,000 bill (and that was before surgery). Now, they are worried that their insurance will go away.

I have a serious mental illness. The Affordable Care Act expanded mental health and addiction coverage. These things made it onto the list of “essential health benefits” that health insurance policies must have.

If Trump decides to butcher the ACA, many people with mental health issues or mental illnesses may have trouble getting insurance. Additionally, the medicines can get very expensive, especially if they don’t have a generic.

Did you think about these issues, Trump voters? It could affect you, too.
