In a surprising but monumental move by an Ohio Federal Judge, a restraining order was issued against the Donald Trump campaign to prevent any campaign workers from intimidating or harassing voters at the polls on Tuesday.
After pressing Trump’s lawyer about the Republican Presidential nominee’s ridiculous rhetoric concerning voter fraud, the Federal Judge made their ruling. This restraining order not only includes the campaign workers but Trump’s adviser Roger Stone and anyone who works underneath of them.
Voter fraud has become the biggest outcry from Trump and other Republican supporters who, after watching Trump destroy his own political career, have run dry on tactics to keep voters from voting for the Democratic opponent.
The restraining order is the result of a lawsuit filed by the Ohio Democratic Party against Stone, Trump, and the Ohio Republican Party in a view to get intimidation at the polls on the list of unlawful acts. Trump has been recorded numerous times telling his fans to “watch,” at the polls and his adviser, Roger Stone, went as far as to create a plan to perform his own exit poll on Election day in notorious Democratic locations.

Similar lawsuits have been filed in Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Michigan but have not gone up for review as of yet. This restraining order, if other states follow the Judge’s suit may severely impact Trump’s already dwindling count of votes this Tuesday. However, without the campaign’s intimidation, voter’s still have to worry about crazy Trump fans attempting to sway the vote through their own antics.
It is sad that we actually have a Presidential candidate that a Federal Judge can’t trust enough to allow a fair and free election process, and he’s the one calling us the frauds when it comes to voting.
