Trump Companies Allegedly Violated Judge’s Order, Destroyed THOUSANDS Of Emails

Throughout the 2016 race for the White House, Donald Trump has attempted to use the issue of Hillary Clinton’s private email server while Secretary of State as a cudgel to claim that she cannot be trusted and may have violated the law, even though Clinton has never been charged with anything.

But now we have a new report from Kurt Eichenwald of Newsweek which alleges Trump and his company, in direct violation of a court order, destroyed thousands of emails too. Talk about hypocrisy!

Court filings, judicial orders, and affidavits prove that employees working directly for Trump destroyed or hid thousands of emails, digital records, and other documentation that had been demanded as part of official proceedings.

Because the records were deleted or destroyed, Eichenwald reports, contractors, former business partners, and engaged in lawsuits with Trump were forced to “spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records.”

The Newsweek article also alleges that Trump has leaked misleading information to reporters about his lawsuits, threatened libel lawsuits against those who criticize him, and even lied during sworn statements, which could constitute perjury:

“He promised to turn over his tax returns and his health records — just as he promised to comply with document discovery requirements in so many lawsuits — then reneged. As a result, he has left a sparse evidentiary trail that can be used to assess his wealth, his qualifications for the presidency or even his fitness.”

It should be clear to anyone who cares to scratch the surface that Donald Trump is a dirty rotten scoundrel, con man, and grifter from the top of that vermin he wears atop his head to the bottom of his fancy Italian shoes. He is totally unfit to be President of the United States.
