UBER Conservative Fox News Reporter SLAMS Trump (VIDEO)

Hoo, boy.

If you were Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump, you would be hoping you could keep the support of super conservative Fox News guys. I mean, even though Trump is losing in every single reliable poll out there, he has to be hoping he can at least hold onto the biggest conservative talking heads.

If he is hoping that, though, he is in for a world of hurt.

Nobody is in Trump’s camp any more, unless you count the ever resilient and blinded-by-love Kellyanne Conway. She seems to be holding the line, but Trump has certainly lost most of the big conservative mouthpieces both on and off the air.

For example, the show Fox Business has a super conservative host named Stuart Varney. On the show today, he talked about Trump’s (ahem) “Contract With American Voters.” He told Trump’s economic advisor,David Malpass, that hardly anyone had even heard of the so-called economic plan. He was clearly frustrated with his party’s candidate. He said:

“The so-called Gettysburg Address, he raises the issue of suing his women accusers. He raises the issue of suing his women accusers. He brings these women back into the picture. I mean, come on! This is a tragedy for America.”

Varney was referring to the fact that Trump had promised to deliver a speech in Gettysburg that would explain his economic plan to the country. Instead, the whiny and oversensitive candidate spent his time threatening the women who have stepped up to accuse him of sexual assault.

Varney was furious with Trump, and he let it show. As he criticized the economic plans of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, he brought up the topics of growth and prosperity.

Trump’s man, Malpass, quickly jumped in and said that they should all be talking about those subjects every day. Varney blew up at that, saying:

“Have him talk about it! Have him pound the table for prosperity and growth. Please!”

Yikes. That certainly sounds like one desperate conservative.

Malpass tried to save face, suggesting that the biggest problem is the corruption in Washington.

Varney came back at that real quick. He burst out with this:

“No! One of the problems is your candidate who can’t stay away from talking about women and his accusers.”

OK then. That just about sums it up.

Even lifelong professional conservatives have had it with a candidate who can’t manage to shift his focus off of himself long enough to give a decent national policy speech.

Is that a death knell I’m hearing?
