As a feminist, I am so excited for a female president. However, not everyone likes the idea. Carl Unger in Pennsylvania is concerned for a completely different reason. He is concerned about Hillary Clinton getting her period while she is running the country.

Unger needs a biology lesson ASAP. Hillary Clinton is in her sixties. She has likely already been through menopause and doesn’t have periods.

This idiot actually said:
“They call us [Donald Trump supporters] sexist just because we are critical of Hillary Clinton and her health. What if that time of the month comes and she is sick at the same time?”
Even if she did get her periods, she would still have better judgment on those 3-5 days per month than Donald Trump has all of the time.

The entire letter, titled “Take Our Country Back” reads:
“Now the liberals and Obama are calling for social justice and it is just code for socialism.”
“Now they have college students who are talking about being triggered and taking away freedom of speech while the liberal politicians work on taking our guns so we cannot defend ourselves when the government comes.”
“They call us sexist just because we are critical of Hillary Clinton and her health.”
“What if that time of month comes and she is sick at the same time?”
“The liberals call us racist to silence us because they cannot handle the truth that when they give out money to people of all races it just makes them lazy.”
“We need to take our country back and an outsider like Donald Trump is the only one who can do it. He is not a politician but an everyday guy like all of us patriots who love our country.”
Not only is he supremely stupid, but this very sexist rhetoric is troubling. Does this guy think that women can’t do anything on our periods? We don’t stop our lives every 28 days unless we have serious medical problems. We do everything that we normally do with cramps and chocolate cravings. Women have been dealing with periods for centuries. The idea that menstruation makes women unqualified to lead is absolutely ridiculous.
