It now appears that not only does Donald Trump enjoy sexually assaulting women, but he also enjoys watching others do the same according to a former staff members from the NBC reality show Celebrity Apprentice.
The Daily Beast is reporting that five former staffers on the show say Gary Busey, who was one of the contestants, grabbed a female colleague between her legs. Trump heard about the incident and laughed it off, refusing to kick Busey off the show for his actions.
One of the staffers recalled the incident, which took place during the 2011 season of Celebrity Apprentice:
“They had booze for the gallery party, I think Lil Jon ordered it. And so, a few of the celebrities wanted to do a shot together after we finished [setting up] for the show. We all took a shot together, and then went to stand together for B-roll time.
“We were smoking cigarettes outside, and Busey was standing next to me. And then at one point, he grabbed me firmly between my legs, and ran his hand up my stomach, and grabbed my breasts. I didn’t know what to do. So I made this joke that, ’Oh, I’ve never been sexually harassed by a celebrity before!’ Then he grabbed my hand and put it [over] his penis, and said, like, ‘I’m just getting started, baby.’”
Trump’s reaction when he heard of Busey’s actions? He laughed it off and told the actor:
“Keep your hands to yourself.”
Other staffers also said that the atmosphere on the set was toxic due to the level of sexual harassment that existed. One had this to say about Trump:
“[Trump] is and always has been a joke—I can’t believe anyone now is taking him seriously. He’s a monster.”
In recent days, Trump has pivoted from addressing claims of sexual assault made against him by nine women to repeated assertions that the election is “rigged” and will be stolen by Democrats. Clearly he knows he cannot defend himself on the way he treats women and wants to change the narrative. But this man is indeed a monster and can never be allowed near the White House.
