The Dalai Lama Has Some Harsh Words About Donald Trump And The Election (VIDEO)

During this entire election, we have been comparing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump to Adolph Hitler. His extremist ideas have drawn these comparisons.

Trump has said before that he wants to keep all Muslims from entering the country. He has also said that he thinks Muslims should have to wear special badges.

Any of this sound familiar? This is exactly what Hitler did to Jewish people. He once called for all non-Germans to leave his Reich. Donald Trump started his campaign by discriminating against Mexican immigrants before he went on to ban Muslims. It’s sad to see these kinds of ideas being brought up in 2016.

There is a group of young people who are supporting Donald Trump. It is scarily similar to the “Hitler Youth” in World War II Germany.

The Dalai Lama has become the first religious figure to say this about Trump. He spoke to a group of Tibetans in Switzerland. He mentioned a lot of world politics. When asked about Donald Trump, he said:

“I see another Hitler in the making.”

He added that Trump is a threat to humanity, and he said:

“If American people vote for Trump, it will be the end of great American civilization.”

It’s pretty bad when the Dalai Lama starts talking about you. I’m happy to see religious people using logic. He realizes just how scary a Trump presidency would be.

He was a little more guarded in previous interviews. In March, the Dalai Lama had this to say about Trump:

“Well, that’s your business. But sometimes I feel, too much personal criticism. A serious discussion about policy matters is useful. But sometimes a little bit personal criticism — that looks a little bit cheap. That’s my view.”

Here is an interview that the Dalai Lama did where he did an impression of Donald Trump:
