Presidential candidate Donald Trump can’t seem to get his head above water, and now sources from Celebrity Apprentice are coming forward claiming Trump called Marlee Matlin retarded because she is deaf.
On Wednesday the news broke that Trump regularly made inappropriate sexual advances towards Matlin during the taping of his show. Apparently, that is not at all where he ended his harassment and mocked, mimicked, and insulted Matlin insinuating she was mentally disabled.
Mrs. Matlin worked diligently on the Celebrity Apprentice and ended up coming in second but not without her fair share of humiliation from Trump. The insults would come both to her face and behind her back and confidential sources state:
“[Trump] would often equate that she was mentally retarded.”
Sources are not named due to the Celebrity Apprentice airtight non-disclosure agreement, but that didn’t stop them from letting the press know what kind of man Trump is. He is alleged to write copious notes on paper during taping. One employee, who helped clean up the mess regularly says one letter is especially vicious. The note read:
“Marlee, is she retarded??”
Another Apprentice staffer described the times outside the boardroom where Trump would mock Matlin’s voice. The staffer explained it saying:
“[Trump] would make fun of her voice. It actually sounded a lot like what he did to the New York Times guy. Like, to make it seem like she was mentally not there? Sounded like he got a real kick out of it. It was really upsetting.”
The list of accusations just goes on and on, and Trump is being described as treating Matlin as if she was mentally disabled. Of course, that was in between the times where he was sexually harassing her. Matlin stood up for herself during one episode, but it was cut from the aired show. Big Surprise.
At some point, people need to start standing up and force The Donald to take responsibility for acting like a fifth-grade bully
