Rudy Giuliani: Trump’s Lewd Comments OK Cuz He’s Going To ‘Lower Taxes’ (VIDEO)

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani drew the short straw among those few remaining surrogates willing to support Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in public.

Giuliani was on NBC’s Meet the Press with Chuck Todd this morning, and the task before him was YUGE! He had to make his dear leader appear slightly less monstrous prior to said leader’s appearance alongside Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at tonight’s debate.

It did not go well.

Chuck Todd pressed Giuliani on why he’s still defending Trump given the spike in the number of prominent Republicans with spines who are pulling their support.

Giuliani’s responses were baffling.

Among them was his retelling of Trump’s shock at hearing the disgusting words that came out of his own mouth!

As if Trump had been possessed by the spirit of Brock Turner in that Access Hollywood bus and was forced against his will to talk about women like an entitled rich frat boy.

Giuliani continued to pivot away from Trump’s deplorable statements about women, suggesting that we should just sweep them under the rug.

“I said, we’re talking about things that he was talking about. I don’t know how much he was exaggerating. I don’t know how much is true. I certainly don’t know the details of it.”

He continued:

“He’s going to lower taxes. She’s going to raise taxes…the reality is this is a situation in which neither side should throw stones because both sides have sinned. So how about we put that behind us and we start talking about who is going to lower taxes.”

Because who better to lower taxes on the wealthy, than a sexual predator who uses his stardom to treat women like objects?
