Breitbart, Alt-Right Hate Group, Attacks Christian Pastor

Breitbart News, an alt-right news organization that has taken refuge in the Republican Party, decided to write a hit piece ridiculing the Black pastor that reprimanded Donald Trump. Reverend Faith Green Timmons of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Flint, Michigan interrupted Trump’s speech when he derailed from talking about the church to attacking his political opponent, Hillary Clinton.

People who despise Trump cheered the Reverend, after the fact. However, the alt-right played in the dirt and decided to attack the pastor, with comments on the website dishing out racist and ignorant comments. However, no one should be surprised that the lowest common denominator exists in a website like Breitbart, where even their associates get permanently banned on Twitter for publicly harassing actors and actresses.

Donald Trump’s Response to Rev. Faith Green Timmons

Trump actually responded to her interruption, saying that she was very nervous, which made him feel suspicious. An expert at double-talk and manipulation, this sentiment was most likely made to remove any power that the Reverend had when she interrupted him.

What Is Donald Trump Even Doing in a Black Church?

It seems almost odd that Trump is spending time in Black spaces and communities, as he made it a habit to tokenize them, derail any conversations surrounding strifes specific to certain Black communities, and retweet messages from white supremacist groups. Not to mention that Donald Trump has constantly questioned President Barack Obama’s nationality and place of birth, with his “birther” movement largely ridiculed as racist.

The fact is is that Donald Trump needs to rally the support of Black Americans to solidify his seat in the White House. However, his recent outreach to these communities has been largely ineffective.
