Idiotic Immigration Speech Shocks Trump Advisors Into Reality And They’re Dropping Like Flies (VIDEO)

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump made a very ill-advised trip to Mexico this week to speak to the president about immigration. After he got back, he added a speech on immigration to his week of absolute stupidity.

This speech was very callous and mean about immigration issues. One person quit his campaign immediately after the speech.

Houston immigration lawyer Jacob Monty quit saying:

“I was a strong supporter of Donald Trump when I believed he was going to address the immigration problem realistically and compassionately. What I heard today was not realistic and not compassionate.”

Trump’s speech was full of lies and delivered in a very combative tone. He falsely blamed immigrants for 25,000 homicides. He claimed that we don’t know how many illegal immigrants are here when we do – roughly 11 million.

Now, more advisers are following his example.

Alfonso Aguilar, who oversees Latino Partnership for Conservative Principles, backed off of his Trump support yesterday:

“For the last two months, he said he was not going to deport people without criminal records. And then we heard yesterday, and I was totally disappointed — not surprised, but disappointed — and slightly misled, because he gave the impression and the campaign gave the impression until yesterday morning that he was going to deal with the undocumented in a compassionate way.”

Half of his advisers have resigned or are reconsidering their support for Donald Trump.

He lost one key supporter in Texas; Rick Figueroa, a member of Trump’s Hispanic advisory group, said:

“Instead of listening to wise counsel from his advisers and supporters in the Latino community, who actually have first-hand experience in the area of immigration, he went in the opposite direction and doubled down on his policies and his rhetoric. This was a move in the wrong direction.”

I’m surprised Trump’s Hispanic advisors stayed with him this long.
