GRUESOME Attempt To Hurt Sydney’s LGBT Community Backfires (TWEET/VIDEO)

A man in Sydney has been arrested for putting hydrochloric acid in the lubricant dispenser at a gay sex club. Many of the items in that particular room had alarms put on them because they had been tampered with before.

When the man tampered with the dispenser, the alarms went off and security guards rushed the man. They held the man until the police arrived.

Hydrochloric acid is strong and corrosive. It can burn you and leave scars if you touch it. The perpetrator is charged with:

“…Administering poison with the intent to cause injury, distress or pain, and malicious damage among others.”

One club-goer, who preferred to be anonymous, said that it was a “sick” thing to do.

The Aarows Club markets itself as:

“Sydney’s premier health, recreation and social centre, where safe sex is permitted regardless of gender.”

The detectives have not figured out the exact motivation, but they say that they don’t think it’s a hate crime. It kind of sounds like one to me. A lot of people could’ve been hurt.

The LGBT community deserves to have their adult fun without worrying about being burned or poisoned. It’s things like this that make some people hesitant to use the free samples at these clubs.

This is by far not the first time a gay club has been vandalized. Just a couple of weeks ago, a club in San Diego was vandalized with rocks. They caught this video of these two idiots throwing rocks at the window.

Last week, there was a very sad, but cool story about a neighborhood in Natick, Massachusetts. A gay couple had their rainbow flag stolen and their house egged. The entire neighborhood put up rainbow flags in support.

I hope this kind of hate will go away in time, and I’m glad no one was hurt by that hydrochloric acid in Australia.
