GOP Strategists Reveal Trump’s TOP SECRET Agenda In New Minority Outreach (VIDEO)

Could Donald Trump’s recent courting of minority voters be disguising an ulterior motive? That’s the theory put forth in a new report from Bloomberg. It posits that his recent shift in messaging is actually a strategy for reaching out to college-educated white voters.

Trump’s Numbers

Currently, the Republican presidential nominee is ahead with rural voters and white voters who do not have a college degree. His base, however, is not enough to secure a victory. In order to have a shot, Trump will have to widen his appeal. College-educated whites are a natural step in this strategy. The problem is, Trump has consistently said questionable things that make him look like a racist. Recent polling data suggests as high as 59 percent of voters believe Trump speaks like a bigot. From the Bloomberg report, GOP strategist David Kochel shares some insight:

“White suburban voters think he’s a racist or running a racist campaign. This is designed to make them feel like he is doing minority outreach even though the messaging is completely off-target.”

It seems that Trump’s devil may care attitude, which did him big favors early on, has come back to bite him. He’s managed to repulse even those who would normally be all in for the Republican cause.

Time To Flip The Script?

The solution? In the eyes of the Trump camp, this means busting out a brand new script. It’s an attempt to soft-pedal his previous statements and make himself more palatable to white voters who aren’t big fans of overt racism. During a recent interview on MSNBC, NewsOne Now host Roland Martin laid it in his trademark style:

“This has nothing to do with black voters. This is not outreach to black voters. This is outreach to white suburban women. I said this months ago. Donald Trump has had an Amber, Megan, Michaela, Lisa, Pam problem. That is, he is not liked by suburban white women. For Republicans to do well, they must score tremendously among suburban white women.”

Watch:

And there you have it. The Donald may be trying to “pivot,” but it’s not for the benefit of Blacks or Hispanics. It’s to ingratiate himself to the swath of white voters he alienated himself from by talking recklessly.
