Trump Spokesperson Has MELTDOWN When CNN Host Asks About Candidate’s Outreach To Blacks (VIDEO)

As Donald Trump’s so-called “outreach” to African-Americans (which consists of him speaking before large groups of white people as he tells blacks they have nothing to lose by voting for him) continues, one very pertinent question repeatedly gets asked by most of us: If Trump wants to reach black voters, why not go to where they live and speak to them directly?

Yesterday on CNN, Trump surrogate Sean Spicer was asked that question directly by host Brianna Keilar:

“Why doesn’t he talk to an audience of black voters or go to a community that is at least 10 percent African-American? He hasn’t been doing that.”

Spicer offered up a weak defense of Trump, saying the places he’s speaking had been booked months in advance, which led Keilar to wonder:

“If you were advising a candidate who is trying to, say, reach out to women, would you go to a room of men to deliver that message.”

This time, Spicer got very defensive and told Keilar she wasn’t allowing him to answer the question. So Keilar leveled him with this line:

“You know, Sean, the nice thing about CNN is that we have plenty of time to discuss both things and I agree with you that that is something we should discuss.”

As you might expect, Spicer never gave a decent reply as he was far too busy trying to change the subject and retreat back to the talking points he’d been given by the Trump campaign. But what Keilar asked is the real question which needs to be answered, not by surrogates or spokespeople, but by the Orange Menace himself: If you’re so eager to build bridges (instead of walls) to minority communities in this country, who not go to where they live and meet them there? The answer, we all know, is because Trump is merely paying lip service to his “outreach” efforts. He wants to pretend he’s inclusive, but he’s the same old bigoted xenophobe he’s been ever since he entered the race for the White House over a year ago.
