RIP GOP: David Duke Says He And Donald Trump ‘Taking Over’ (VIDEO)

Former Ku Klux Klan (KKK) Grand Wizard, David Duke, is fighting for a Senate seat during this election cycle, but he is also a RWNJ radio host.

A guest on Duke’s show said that they are “taking over” the Republican Party. Duke said:

“Well, rank and file, but a lot of those boll weevils are still in those cotton balls… The Republican Party may be a European-American populated party, but like a ball of cotton, you can have boll weevils in there that are going to rot it out from the inside.”

Duke was praising the hiring of Donald Trump’s new campaign manager, Stephen Bannon. Bannon used to be on the conservative news network, Breitbart.

Breitbart News’ former editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro, said that the website starting leaning further right when Bannon came onboard. Shapiro said:

“Andrew Breitbart despised racism. Truly despised it. With Bannon embracing Trump, all that changed. Now Breitbart has become the alt-right go-to website, with [Breitbart’s technology editor] Yiannopoulos pushing white ethno-nationalism as a legitimate response to political correctness, and the comment section turning into a cesspool for white supremacist mememakers.”

Earlier in the primary season, David Duke endorsed the now-Republican nominee for president, Donald Trump. Donald Trump didn’t disavow him, which raised some eyebrows.

Trump said that it would be “unfair” to disavow David Duke.

Duke said:

“…Voting against Donald Trump at this point, is really treason to your heritage.”

David Duke joined the KKK in 1967 and assumed the role of Grand Wizard five years later. He founded a faction of the KKK called the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU). From 1989 until 1992, he served as a member of Louisiana’s state legislature. Duke is nationally known as a white supremacist, Holocaust denier, and conspiracy theorist.

Here is Rachel Maddow talking about David Duke’s Louisiana race:
