The End Is Nigh, Says Nutty Trump Pastor (VIDEO)

I recently had a conversation with a conservative acquaintance. I expressed my deep fear and distrust of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, and the thought of him in the White House. My friend shook his head and said, “You act like he’ll bring on the end of the world!”

It turns out that I’m not alone in thinking that Trump might actually bring us to the end of days.

RawStory reports that Evangelical Pastor Frank Amedia of Ohio is a big supporter of the Trumpster. A close look at his reasoning as he explains that support will show you just how bat sh*t crazy these people are.

Pastor Frank runs Christian Ministries, which believes that the Second Coming of Christ is tied in to the fate of Israel. That’s a little nutty, but just wait; it gets better.

In an interview with something called (ahem) ‘Charisma Magazine,’ Amedia explained that he supports Trump because he had a conversation with God.

He didn’t say he prayed about it. He said that he wasn’t even thinking of Trump as a serious candidate until God sort of tapped him on the shoulder and talked him into it. He believes that God, the Creator of the Universe, spoke directly to him about Donald Trump. In words.

I’m not sure if that makes him certifiably insane or not, but hearing voices in your head is not exactly a sign of mental stability.

Anyway, he went on to explain his support of Trump in a not particularly coherent message. It was all about some struggle that’s going on among the “heavenlies,” and how electing Trump will stop that struggle through something he calls “breaker anointing.”

His exact words were:

“And this breaker anointing is manifesting in so many different facets on earth today. One of them is the political realm, one of them is right here in the United States, and I perceive that Donald Trump has been raised up with that breaker anointing to just begin to crush all of the strangleholds that have been placed upon this country.”

“Let’s face it, this country influences the world. And the positions that he’s taken, albeit in not quite the personality that you and I would walk out into, is accomplishing in establishing a lot of what were established norms and are established norms that haven’t been very effective at all on serving the principles of the Kingdom of God.”

You get it?

Me, neither. Obviously the man who runs these Christian ministries has the same speech disorder as candidate Trump.

The bottom line is this. A man who calls himself a Christian pastor and teacher wants us to believe that God talked to him about Trump and told him to support the candidacy of the Orange One. He wants us to believe that if Trump becomes president, it will lead us to the Second Coming of Christ and the end of the world.

He can’t wait.

Nuttier than a fruitcake.
