BREAKING: One Of Trump’s Top Foreign Policy Advisors Is A Holocaust Denier

One of Donald Trump’s top foreign policy advisors has bragged about firing Jewish employees from the Department of Defense and also questioned whether or not the Holocaust happened on the scale reported by historians.

Joseph Schmitz is one of five foreign policy advisors named by the Trump campaign in March, and Schmitz comes with quite a dubious pedigree: When he was inspector general at the Defense Department, Schmitz was known to brag that he had pushed out Jewish employees.

Daniel Meyer, a senior official in the intelligence community, said complaints about Schmitz could be classified thusly:

“His summary of his tenure’s achievement reported as ‘I fired the Jews.'”

Meyer also said that Schmitz tried to downplay the Holocaust, telling people:

“In his final days, he allegedly lectured (an employee) on the details of concentration camps and how the ovens were too small to kill 6 million Jews.”

Asked about the accusations, Schmitz replied:

“I do not recall ever even hearing of any ‘allegations of anti-Semitism against (me),’ which would be preposterously false and defamatory because, among other reason(s), I am quite proud of the Jewish heritage of my wife of 38 years.”

However, Schmitz admitted that his wife was not actually a practicing Jew, but had Jewish heritage on her father’s side of the family.

Trump himself has faced accusations that he is anti-Semitic. An online posting which showed a picture of Hillary Clinton over a pile of money, along with a Star of David. Trump said the star was similar to those carried by sheriff’s, but later withdrew the questionable image.

In December of last year, Trump also told a gathering of the Republican Jewish Coalition:

“I’m a negotiator, like you folks.”

Clearly, here is another group of voters–along with African-Americans, Hispanics, women, and those with a brain–who will not be voting for Trump in November.
