Harry Reid Is Trolling Donald Trump On Immigrants Issue And It’s AWESOME! (VIDEO)

Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, is going after immigrants once again. He is proposing that immigrants take an “ideological test” before being allowed into the country. He said:

“Those who do not believe in our Constitution, or who support bigotry and hatred, will not be admitted for immigration into the country.”

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said that Trump should have to take the naturalization test himself. Reid said:

“Since Donald Trump wants to impose new tests on immigrants, he should take the one test every immigrant has to pass to become a United States citizen. He would almost certainly fail, given his general ignorance and a weak grasp of basic facts about American history, principles, and functioning of our government. The fact is, Donald Trump is nothing more than a spoiled, unpatriotic drain on society who has earned nothing and helped no one.”

Trump is going to need cold water for this burn Harry Reid dropped on him:

“Immigrants work hard to get here and become Americans, while Trump inherited everything from his father and works hardest at Tweeting insults and ripping off hard-working people with two-bit scams.”

Could Trump Pass The Naturalization Test?

What does our naturalization test entail? There are 100 questions, and the applicant will have to answer ten of them. I wonder if Trump could pass it.

What is one of the rights listed in the First Amendment?

  • speech
  • religion
  • assembly
  • press
  • petition the government

Well, he knows about the press because he wants to take that right away. He tweeted:

He would also take the freedom of religion away by shutting down mosques.

As far as the separation of powers is concerned, Trump doesn’t understand it. When he insulted the judge on the Trump University lawsuit, Trump seemed to think that the judge was supposed to beholden to his interests. The judicial branch is supposed to check the powers of the executive branch.

Trump said:

“In the Cold War, we had an ideological screening test. The time is long overdue to develop a new screening test for the threats we face today. I call it extreme vetting. I call it extreme, extreme vetting. Our country has enough problems. We don’t need more.”
