WATCH: Donald Trump Just Advocated For Something Illegal…Again

Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, has said a ginormous amount of inappropriate racist, bigoted, misogynistic, comments during this circus of an election cycle.

Now, he actually said that Americans should be tried at Guantanamo Bay. He would prosecute people who are suspected of terrorism. The Donald said:

“I know that they want to try them in our regular court systems, and I don’t like that at all.”

There’s this pesky Constitution that’s keeping him from doing that:

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

Maybe Khizr Khan can lend him a copy.

This is by far not the first time he’s ever said anything illegal. Just last week, he said that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton should be shot. At a North Carolina rally, The Donald said:

“By the way, and if she gets the pick—if she gets the pick of her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I dunno.”

He can’t even keep his big orange mouth shut after hearing classified security briefings. He has twice leaked classified information. A couple of weeks ago, he claimed that he watched some “Top Secret” video of the United States giving Iran money in some secret place.

On the day he got his first briefing, he mentioned that we are “paying rent” on a military base in Saudi Arabia. We are not supposed to still have them, and the information was classified. He could and should be prosecuted.

Back in December of 2015, he advocated for war crimes. He said we should go after the families of the terrorists. Here are the actual scary words:

“Well, I would go after — well, at least I would certainly go after the wives who absolutely knew what was happening. And I guess your definition of what I would do, I’m going to leave that to your imagination. But I will tell you I would be very tough on families, because the families know what is happening.”

If this is a horror movie, I’d like it to stop. This man is way too unstable to be a mailman yet alone president.
