Completely Unhinged Trump Says He Could Have Prevented 9/11

In today’s edition of Crazy Sh*t Trump says, we have the GOP nominee declaring that if he had been President in 2001, the horrific attacks of September 11 would never have happened.

Yes, he actually said that!

At a campaign rally in Florida, Trump told his enraptured supporters:

“Those people that knocked down the World Trade Center, most likely, under the Trump policy, wouldn’t have been here to knock down the World Trade Center.”

In other words, had Trump been President, his proposed ban on all Muslims entering the United States would have prevented the attacks. Of course, such a theory is preposterous on its face. Prior to 9/11, who even imagined such an attack by an organized terrorist group located in Afghanistan? Al Qaeda had indeed attacked American embassies overseas, but had shown no ability to do so inside the homeland.

Also, Trump has continually waffled on his so-called Muslim ban. He began with a blanket ban of all Muslims from any nation and has since said he would only ban Muslims from countries which “export terrorism.” More recently, Trump has again modified his proposal, saying it would apply to citizens from “dangerous countries,” especially Syria.

As with all things that issue forth from Donald Trump’s noxious pie hole, none of this makes any sense whatsoever. He spouts out poison and lies, his supporters lap it up like honey, and then 24 hours later he changes his position and once more his supporters stand and cheer.

It has been said before, but it must be repeated: Donald J. Trump is the greatest threat to the national security of the United States that we have seen in over a century. He must be soundly beaten at the polls and sent back to New York with his tail between his legs.
