Trump Finally Offers A Policy Plan On Cyber Security And It Is Incredible (VIDEO)

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m sick and tired of hearing about emails with this particular presidential campaign. I guess Donald Trump (R-N.Y.) is feeling the same way. He made a strange statement at a campaign event in Colorado on Friday.

He got nostalgic about the “old days,” and said we should stop using computers:

“I like the old days, especially for the military, on things like that. You wanna attack or you wanna do something? It’s called courier. It’s called, let’s put it in a thing…in an envelope and let’s hand it to the general. Let’s not send it over the wires where everybody’s probably reading it, right? And no matter how good, no matter how good they say it is, it’s not. I mean, people can hack it I guess. It’s terrible. I know and if you talk about military and you talk about secrets, you talk about politics.”

Trump seemed to be okay with computers last week when he asked Russia to hack our emails from the servers of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s. We have been hearing about Hillary Clinton’s emails during the entire campaign. She ended up not being charged for it at this point.

The statement above is a good helping of word salad. This is a change in Donald Trump; he has more regressive views on computers and technology. He said this at a different event:

“I’m just not a believer in email.”

This is very different from President Obama. Obama uses YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others social media website. Michelle Obama has a Snapchat account. Our president needs to be looking toward the future on the subject of science and technology. Trump wants to take us back to the Stone Age. Clinton is a bit better, but she does have people help with that.

Peter Layden, editor at Wired magazine, said:

“These are two candidates who don’t have their hands on the technology, and that’s unfortunate, because without that it’s difficult to understand this stuff on a deeper, more visceral level.”

The American people are dependent on technology. Our national leaders need to be up-to-date on the technology that is being invented every day. Here is the video with the computers remark:
