Donald Trump is again attacking former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for being a security risk. However, this time he is taking a new approach.
He believes that trusting Hillary and her team with top secret information is dangerous because of her personal aid Huma Abedin. Abedin is the wife of disgraced former Representative from New York, Anthony Weiner, who Trump called a “sleazeball and pervert,” based on his inappropriate texts and photos sent to girls through his Twitter feed.
Trump says he does not want Abedin going home and “telling Anthony Weiner all of these secrets.”
Trump then goes on to make his standard claim about Hillary Clinton saying that she should not be briefed by the intelligence community because of her email scandal. He said
“How can Hillary Clinton be briefed on this unbelievably delicate information when it was just proven that she lied.”
Trump clearly has a double standard when it comes to lies. We saw this on Tuesday during the Democratic Convention when a woman named Cheryl Lankford, a Texas military widow, claimed to be defrauded by Trump University.
The University went as far as refusing to return her phone calls when she realized that she was involved in a scam.
Mr. Trump loves to attack others for lying, but cannot seem to see the same qualities in himself and in his business dealings.
