From A ‘Delusional’ CEO: Voting For Trump Is A ‘No-Brainer’ (VIDEO)

Roddey Dowd, Jr. is the CEO of the Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. Being a businessman, he thinks that choosing Donald Trump (R-NY) over Hillary Clinton is an obvious choice.

Dowd says that he wants to keep paying his employees a good wage. He complained of government intrusion into the private sector over the last eight years. He thinks that the federal government has passed way too many regulations on businesses.

He said:

“We need to re-tool our trade policies. China and other countries have long suppressed the value of their currencies against the dollar to make their exports cheaper and U.S. products artificially more expensive in their markets. Currency manipulation, along with export subsidies and a lack of regulation, means Chinese companies can dump their goods in the U.S. at prices far below the market and undercut U.S. manufacturers.”

He also has the typical, right-wing, “the sky is falling” mentality:

“If we elect Hillary Clinton as president, we will have acknowledged that America is corrupt and that we value ideology over ethics and character. And that will mark the beginning of the end of our great republic.”

If you know someone who is an avid Fox News fan, you may have heard rhetoric like this. They are constantly saying that the country is going to be destroyed. We’re going to go bankrupt. The Muslims are out to get us. They eat up the heaping helpings of fear-mongering bullsh*t that the “news” channel dishes out every day.

Donald Trump is not the amazing business man that he makes himself out to be. He has a string of failed business ventures behind him.

He tried to sell steak through the Sharper Image store. They sold none of them. It’s probably because that Sharper Image is not a grocery store. He tried to have Trump Vodka, but it has been discontinued. He also tried to start Trump Airlines, Trump Mortgage, and many others.

Dowd should probably pick a different businessman to admire.
