Creationist Ken Ham Says Atheists Are ‘Bullies’ For Warning Schools About Noah’s Ark Field Trips (VIDEO)

Ken Ham is responsible for the Creation Museum, and that was bad enough. One journalist went to the Creation Museum and found out some interesting “facts.” The animals from around the world apparently used rafts to get to where Noah’s Ark was. This museum actually caused a paleontologist to cry.

Now, he has opened a “life-size” version of Noah’s Ark. The lies include dinosaurs sleeping with humans among many others.

When the Ark museum was announced, Twitter users offered their own slogans for it. Here is my personal favorite:

The “Ark Encounter” opened last week. There were groups of atheists protesting at the event.

Bill Nye visited the museum on Friday and he remarked that the kids being taught this science denial crap were being “brainwashed.” Nye called Ham’s “scientists” incompetent, and Ham made a big display about praying in front of Bill Nye.

Not long after this museum opened, the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) sent out a memo to public schools in the area warning them not to take the students on any field trips to the Ark. The memo said in part:

“This is a precautionary memo to advise that public schools and public school staff may not constitutionally organize trips to Ham’s Ark Park, with its clear religious goal and portrayal of fiction as divine truth, or to the Creation Museum or any other religious venue.”

Ken Ham seems to have had some major butthurt over this development. He has said that schools have the right to take the children there under the First Amendment. He was wrong. He tweeted:

To make things clear, no one is saying that people are not allowed to go to the museum. Students can go with their friends or family or churches on their own time. However, the public schools can’t support a religious belief this and they can’t spend public money on this religious place.

No one is trying to stop Christians from worshipping. The FFRF was just reminding school administrators that they are not allowed to plan field trips to the Ark Encounter.

Here is the idiot himself giving an overview of the Ark:
