Former Trump Campaign Manager Gets SHUT DOWN For Saying Trump Is Winning Hispanics (VIDEO)

Did you know that Donald Trump leads Hillary Clinton among likely Hispanic voters? You didn’t? That may have something to do with the fact that it simply isn’t true and never will be, like most things Trumpian.

On CNN this morning, former Trump campaign manager and full-time asshole Corey Lewandowski claimed–with a straight face–that Trump was indeed polling ahead of Hillary Clinton with Hispanics and would win that demographic in November:

“If you look at this and you look at the election results, and where the polls stand right now, Donald Trump is doing better with Hispanics, he said he’s going to win Hispanics.”

Well, Trump says a lot of things, 99 percent of which are later proven to be outright lies.

After Lewandowski had said what may prove to be one of the most ridiculous things ever uttered on cable news, CNN host Alisyn Camerota asked the obvious follow-up question:

“What poll are you talking about?”

Lewandowski:

“It’s a poll out last week that shows that. He’s receiving 33% of Hispanics, which if you look at what Mitt Romney received, or John McCain received, he’s way ahead.”

Uh, no. Not at all true, Corey, but thanks for attempting to pass that one off as truth, which it will never be. According to the most recent Pew poll of Hispanic voters, Trump is preferred by 24 percent of Hispanic voters while Hillary Clinton is the choice of 66 percent. In a 2008 poll taken at around the same time, Barack Obama received 66 percent support from Hispanics; John McCain received 23 percent. Since when is one percentage point “way ahead?”

Also, when you watch the video posted below, be sure and notice the look on Democratic strategist Christine Quinn’s face as Lewandowski says what he knows to be patently false. That alone makes this the segment worth the price of admission:
