Uber Crazy GOP Radio Host Telling People To Wear Diapers Instead Of Using Bathrooms With Trans People

I’ve heard of people getting a “showering of praise” but this is going a little too far. RWNJ radio host and author, Laura Ingraham, told her listeners that they should wear diapers in public and soil themselves in public rather than risk using a bathroom with a transgender person.

Here is a taste of the ridiculousness that she was spewing on her show yesterday:

“Everyone’s bathroom is just their own clothes, OK? So this is what we’re going to go to.”

“I think a lot of people are going to be walking around with just Depends on from now on. They’re just not going to use the bathroom.”

“Adult diapers, diapers for everybody. No one’s going to be going to the bathroom. You have little kids, there’s going to be no bathrooms. We’re just going to all wear Depends. Everyone will just be happy. Then you’ll be in your own bathroom. Everyone’s bathroom is just their own clothes, OK? So this is what we’re going to go to.”

This…woman (I had other words in mind) has also said that allowing children to express their own gender identity is a form of child abuse. Allowing your child to be who they are is a form of abuse? This woman has her priorities messed up.

Diane Ehrensaft, a clinical psychologist and head of the University of California-San Francisco’s Child and Adolescent Gender Center, said:

“If we do nothing for these children, just let them be children, as Ingraham suggests, we are actually doing something, and that something is not good: we put them at risk for anxiety, depression, poor school performance, and later–drug abuse, self-harm, sexual acting out, suicidal thoughts, attempts, or completions.”

This video talks about Target making the bathrooms inclusive and how Ingraham would have to walk into the bathrooms with her daughter. I know that must be horrible for her.
