School Officials: They Didn’t Mean To Hang Her By The Neck? WTF? (VIDEO)

A group of 25 students from the Live Oak Classical School in Waco, Texas were on an overnight field trip. A group of white, male students horrifically preyed on a 12-year-old black girl, and leaving her with a horrific injury injury in what was likely a hate crime.

The girl, only known as KP, was helping children swing on a rope swing. She pushed a child on the swing, and then stepped backward. When she did, one of the boys came up from behind, and put a rope around her neck.

The boy, part of an all-white group of about 25 boys, dragged KP, who is Black, around by the neck with that rope so hard it left burn marks.

Jeremy Counsellor, a member of the school board, said:

“Live Oak takes the safety of its students seriously and is saddened that one of its family suffered an unfortunate accident and injury.”

KP has a serious injury around her neck. An accident? Doubtful.

Lucky KP wasn’t choked to the point of suffering brain damage. When the incident was brought up to the school, school officials said it was an accident. How stupid are school administrators?

No one gets “accidentally” dragged around by the neck.

KP’s parents filed a $3 million lawsuit against the school claiming negligence, gross negligence, and intentional affliction of emotional pain.

The girl’s mother said that she sent her child to this primarily white school so she could get a better education. Unfortunately, KP experienced racial bullying before this. She was kicked and shoved by someone when she was rehearsing for a school play.

David Deaconson, the slimy lawyer defending the school, released this statement in response to the incident:

“My response would be that anyone can allege anything they want to in a petition, but that doesn’t make it fact. Live Oak will continue to rely on and stand behind the actual facts and that this was an accident.”

Deaconson further wrote:

“The lawyer claimed that the student’s injuries were racially motivated, intentional attack. Live Oak takes this accusation seriously. The school interviewed all student eyewitnesses and teachers who were present and each independently established that the accusation made by the attorney is absolutely false. The injuries were caused accidentally while the students were playing with the swing and attached pull rope. The attorney was advised of the results of the interviews.”

Playing? Who plays games about lynching ?
