Trump Gets Into Another Twitter Fight With Saudi Prince (Video)

Donald Trump is running for President.

President of the United States of America, not president of the seventh grade.

This is a serious job, with serious responsibilities. I don’t need to remind people about things like the nuclear codes, but it does bear repeating that Donald J. Trump believes himself to be qualified to be the President of the United States.

The Huffington Post revealed a profoundly adolescent Twitter exchange between Trump and Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal. What’s worse is that the petty sniping is part of Trump’s ongoing spat with Megyn Kelly of Fox News.

Trump tweeted an obviously photoshopped image of Megyn Kelly, the Prince, and a woman in a black burqa. The caption identifies Prince Alwaleed as a co-owner of Fox News.

So Presidential!

The Prince, royalty or not, wasn’t above sending an equally immature response.

Hmmmmm.  The Prince bailed Trump out? More than once? Oh, my, what does that mean?

It turns out that in 1991 Trump was $900 million in debt, and had to give up his mega yacht to his creditors. The vessel was bought by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, thereby saving Trump’s fanny.

The Prince’s Tweet also contained a link to a New York Times article from 1995 explaining how Bin Talal bought out Trump’s interests in the debt ridden Plaza Hotel, saving him once again.

Trump loves to brag about how tough he will be in dealing with the Saudis. He loves to tell us how great he is with money, how rich he is, how many billions he has in the bank.

He doesn’t tell you that he keeps going bankrupt. He doesn’t want to mention that he’s been so deep in debt that a really rich guy had to bail him out more than once.

Oh, and he doesn’t mention that his tweets are as full of lies as his speech.

Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal isn’t a co-owner of Fox News. He has a 1 percent interest in the company.
