Hateful Stacey Dash On Trans Bathroom Debate: They Should ‘Go In The Bushes’

Seems like anytime actress and Fox News contributor opens her mouth on any subject, she winds up reinforcing what we already knew: She’s an ignorant, intolerant jerk of a human being who needs to buy a roll of duct tape and apply it liberally across her mouth.

Dash is currently on a book tour to promote her memoir, entitled,”There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative.” And in an interview she gave to People magazine, Dash defended the Second Amendment by recounting a story of how she used a gun to defend herself against an ex-boyfriend who she alleges became abusive. She fired a shot at him, missed, but managed to scare him away with her actions:

“A gun saved my life. That’s why my Second Amendment right will not be taken away from me.”

While she was at it, Dash also decided to wade into the controversy over laws passed by some state legislatures in states such as Mississippi and North Carolina, which discriminate against transgender citizens who want to use the bathroom in the facility they feel most comfortable in. Dash, proving her own ignorance and intolerance, declared:

“It’s tyranny by the minority. Why do I have to suffer because you can’t decide what you wanna be that day?

“OK, then go in the bushes. I don’t know what to tell you, but I’m not gonna put my child’s life at risk because you want to change a law. So that you can be comfortable with your beliefs — which means I have to change my beliefs and my rights? No.”

Of course, what Ms. Dash fails to realize or acknowledge is that there was a time in this country when anyone with African-American heritage such as her had to use a separate bathroom, drink from a separate water fountain, and ride in the back of the bus. That was immoral, and so is her bigoted defense of those who wish to discriminate against transgendered Americans.
