Texas Attorney General Proves He Doesn’t Know Sh*t About Transgender People (VIDEO)

The Attorney General of Texas just showed his ignorance about the concept of being transgender. AG Ken Paxton, a Republican, said that allowing transgender students to use the bathroom of their chosen gender identity is a “solution in search of a problem,” according to Politico.

Paxton had this to say about it in an interview on Fox & Friends, according to Politico:

“This guideline doesn’t address any particular problem. They have not been very specific about what they’re trying to solve. This opens the door with all kinds of issues with men deciding one day they want to be women and then switching back the next day … It’s just — it doesn’t answer any particular question.”

You can’t change genders twice Mr. Paxton. Gender identity is not something that changes everyday with your clothes. It is about who the person is and what gender they see themselves as.

An orange-tinted man that wears a gerbil on his head is trying to be the president. That is way scarier than transgender people in the bathrooms.

Earlier this month, the Departments of Justice and Education sent out the letters to every school in the country about the bathroom policies, according to Politico.

Texas joined a list of over ten states that are suing President Barack Obama’s administration over the letter schools in their states received about transgender students in the bathroom. The other states include Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

When AG Paxton was asked what he would say to sports coaches facing the problem of transgender people using the facilities, Politico reports he had this to say:

“Well, I’d just tell them to look at the law and realize that we’re a constitutional republic. And that we need to focus on following the law and if these groups want to change the law, they should go in and speak to their congressmen and work on changing those laws, but it shouldn’t come through the White House. That’s not the constitutional job of the White House.”

This is one of the latest stories about a Christian extremist shouting at a transgender lady in Target:
