Senior Vatican Priest Says Wackiest Thing You’ve Ever Heard About Transgender People (VIDEO)

Last week, May 17, the 12th Annual National Catholic Prayer Breakfast was held at a Marriot hotel in Washington D.C. The annual event began in 2004 as an event for Catholics to gather and pray for the country. It is a “non-partisan” event and everyone is allowed to attend.

One official made a jerk move and said some ridiculous things about transgender people. Cardinal Robert Sarah said:

“The death of God results in the burial of good, beauty, love and truth. Good becomes evil, beauty is ugly, love becomes the satisfaction of sexual primal instincts, and truths are all relative.

So all manner of immorality is not only accepted and tolerated today in advanced societies, but even promoted as a social good. The result is hostility to Christians, and, increasingly, religious persecution. Nowhere is this clearer than in the threat that societies are visiting on the family through a demonic gender ideology, a deadly impulse that is being experienced in a world increasingly cut off from God through ideological colonialism.”

Yes, he thinks LGBT people are causing the death of God. He thinks that we are cutting off generations from God.

He said that the idea of treating everyone with respect and dignity is “hostility to Christians.”

He talks about people that are building a “utopia” on Earth “without God.” Yes, I guess we’re not supposed to enjoy life on the planet while we are here.

Of course, he talked about “hostility” toward God. All of these RWNJs think that we are taking away their rights because we want LGBT people to have equal rights. No one has the “right” to take away other people’s rights. If you are against the concept of gay people or transgender people, it isn’t because you’re too much of a Christian to be one. It’s simply because you aren’t gay or transgender.

Giving people equal rights will not cause the “death of God.”

Here is a wonderful TEDTalk about gender identity:
